This is the Ultimate Self Care planner to fit into anyone’s routine!

In today’s society, we’re all about the hustle and grind that sometimes we forget to slow down and take care of ourselves. Which, let’s face it is SUPER important.

Your body does everything for you. Quite literally. It gets you where you need to go and it is the reason why you can live the life that you do. To put yourself in the best position for success, you have to take care of yourself.

So why do we treat our bodies like crap? It’s really not fair at times. I know that I took my body for advantage all the time. At least, until I really started to focus on self-care.

What is self-care?

Self-care is any activity that allows you to recharge your batteries. It’s going to look different for everyone. It is demonstrating to yourself how valuable you are and ensuring that your needs are met.

It’s a practical method of expressing self-love and living a healthier lifestyle. If you’re going to help others and live a life with less stress, it’s important.

Self care is something that everyone should be doing. I mean in some ways, I’m sure you already are but the intentional act of slowing down and filling your cup back up is crucial. It’s things like face masks and gratitude journals but also wellness goals.

It can be as simple as focusing on your physical health so that you can feel your best.

And I’m so glad that you are here since that means you are taking the first step into your self-care journey. If you’re looking for the best self-care planner ideas, I got one for you my friends.

The Ultimate Self Care Planner

Now, I do have a sales page so if you want to check that out, you can click here.

But I also wanted to write a post on the blog to explain it a little more in detail about this digital product that I’m proud of. Tell you my story. Have a little heart-to-heart. Also, if we’re being completely honest, hoping that the Google guardians or the Pinterest Pixies have one more spot to show you this planner from since I truly think that it will benefit you.

When I created this self care planner, my goal was to create a planner that would help all women incorporate self-care into their routine. Because I know how it feels to have low mental health and feel burnt out. To not know exactly what was causing it but knowing that something needed to change. Because at the end of the day, if you’re exhausted then your current self-care practices are not working for you.

So I started my search for the best self care activities. I came up with so many self care ideas and I wanted to show it to other women so they didn’t have to go searching as hard as I did.

That’s why this planner is over 60 pages!

It’s jammed-packed with reflection pages, activities, self-care ideas, guided journal prompts for self care and trackers!

and by trackers I mean trackers for everything to uncover your daily habits:

  • Habit Tracker
  • Sleep Tracker
  • Period Tracker
  • Mood Tracker
  • Skincare Routine Tracker
  • How many glasses of water you are drinking (Water Intake)
  • Calendar (daily planner, weekly planner, monthly planner)

I tried to include it all because to build self awareness around your daily routine, you need to keep track of all aspects of your health.

Then you are able to identify what isn’t working and create new goals that are going to lead to your best life. To create a self-care routine that will work for you.

The activities in this planner are powerful tools to take a look at all aspects of your life. It provides self care tasks you may not have thought about and give you new ideas to try.

For example, if you are able to identify mood patterns maybe you can figure out why or what in your busy schedule is causing it. Maybe you’ll realize your mood changes after you eat so you may need to plan meals in a way that works for your body by creating a weekly meal plan. There are many different reasons why we feel the way that we do, and it comes down to what we do on a daily basis.

The first thing you need to do in order to uplevel your life is to recognize the problem.

One of the things I get asked often is how to make time for self-care when you have a full-time job, a social life, family obligations, etc. And the answer is that you have to make time for it. It’s not going to happen naturally or overnight.

You have to be intentional about it and that means carving out time in your schedule for it. Just like you would any other appointment.

The great thing about this self care planner is that it’s undated so you can start using it at any time! And since it is a digital planner, it is a one-time buy! Which is one of the best reasons to buy digital planners (and it can be with you 24/7).

I created it so that *majority* of the pages are digital and that you can fill them out online. There are some of the tracker pages that wouldn’t have worked out well. So depending on your preference, you can fill it out on your computer or print it out time and time again!

The best part is that it is only $19

What are my other options?

Since I am an equal opportunist, I would recommend checking out Silk and Sonder if you want a physical planner instead of a digital planner. They are a monthly subscription service of planners (you get a new one every month) but their product is bomb and the only reason I stopped using it was so I could perfect my own self care planner.

I also have this FREE self care challenge that you can grab below. It’s great if you want to try out the idea of having a self care routine without spending the money or fully committing. It has daily activities you can try every day! Who know, it may give you some new self-care activities to try!

The choice is yours! I just want you to know that self-care is possible for anyone at any stage in their life! You can always take better care of yourself. When was the last time that you evaluate your self-care habits to decide if they are working for you?

If you want to learn more about how to create a self care routine, check out this post.

And as always, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out! I would love to chat with you about self-care!

Until next time,
